Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WhatsDirect ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of WhatsDirect and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the App.

Description of Service

WhatsDirect is a utility application that allows users to open a WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business chat with any phone number without saving that number as a contact first. The App acts as a launcher and does not send messages itself — all messaging is handled by the WhatsApp application installed on your device.

WhatsDirect is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way.

Requirements

• Android 6.0 (API 23) or higher
• WhatsApp and/or WhatsApp Business installed on your device
• An active internet connection (required for advertisements and crash reporting)

The App is provided free of charge with optional advertising. An optional auto-renewing subscription ("WhatsDirect Pro") is available to remove all advertisements.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the App to harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to any person
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our servers or third-party services
• Comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service when sending messages

Prohibited Uses

You must not use WhatsDirect to:

• Send spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Automate sending of messages in a manner that violates WhatsApp's policies

Subscriptions

WhatsDirect offers an auto-renewing subscription ("WhatsDirect Pro") processed securely through Google Play Billing. While the subscription is active:

• All advertisements are removed for the duration of the subscription
• The subscription is billed yearly and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account (Google Play → Subscriptions); access continues until the end of the period already paid for
• The subscription is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy

We do not store or process payment information — all transactions are handled by Google Play.

Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad frequency is limited to respect user experience. After a certain number of sends, a rewarded ad may be required to continue — this can be bypassed at any time by subscribing to WhatsDirect Pro.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and trademarks in WhatsDirect are the property of LinksGroups Engine unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

"WhatsApp" is a registered trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Its use in the App name and description is for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

WhatsDirect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices and versions of WhatsApp. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LinksGroups Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Billing, and Google Play In-App Updates. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. LinksGroups Engine is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
