Our Commitment

LinksGroups Engine is committed to the safety and well-being of all users, especially children. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

WhatsDirect is a messaging utility app intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not designed for or directed at children.

What WhatsDirect Does

WhatsDirect is a launcher utility that opens a WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business chat window with any phone number — without saving the number as a contact. The App:

• Does not host, store, transmit, or moderate any user-generated content
• Does not provide a social platform, messaging server, or chat service of its own
• Does not enable direct communication between users within the App
• Passes the user to WhatsApp, which handles all actual message delivery

All messages and media are sent through WhatsApp, governed by WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and community standards.

Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance

The App strictly prohibits any use that:

• Involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Exploits, harms, or attempts to harm minors
• Facilitates grooming, trafficking, or any form of child exploitation
• Violates any national or international child protection law

Any user found to be using the App to facilitate such activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities without delay.

Age Requirement

WhatsDirect requires users to be at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has used the App, we will take immediate steps to address the situation, including contacting relevant authorities if required.

Parents or guardians who believe their child under 13 has used the App should contact us at info@linksgroups.com.

Compliance

LinksGroups Engine complies with:

• Google Play's Child Safety Policy and Developer Program Policies
• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• Applicable national laws on child protection in jurisdictions where the App is available
• The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child principles

We regularly review our policies to ensure compliance with evolving child safety standards and platform requirements.

How to Report a Concern

If you encounter or suspect any child safety violation related to this App:

• Email us immediately at info@linksgroups.com with as much detail as possible
• Report directly to WhatsApp if the content was sent via WhatsApp
• Report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Contact your local law enforcement authority

All reports to LinksGroups Engine are reviewed promptly and, where required by law, forwarded to the appropriate authorities. Reports are kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.
